Role Requirements• 5–8 years of software design and development experience
- Strong backend development experience with Java & Spring
- Hands-on experience in AWS/cloud application development
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Agile/DevOps environments
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Exposure to multi-country software development is an added advantage
