We’re Hiring | Product Manager – Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

📍 Location: Mumbai

💼 Grade: Senior Manager / AVP

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of Supply Chain Finance solutions across Corporate, Commercial & Mid-Market segments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Drive product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Receivables Finance & Working Capital solutions
Lead product conceptualization, implementation, enhancement & portfolio management
Drive product adoption, portfolio growth, revenue & market penetration
Work closely with Sales, Coverage, Operations, Risk, Technology & Compliance teams
Identify market opportunities and develop innovative SCF solutions
Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives
Monitor portfolio quality, utilization, profitability & product performance
Ensure regulatory, risk & governance compliance
Support client acquisition teams with product positioning and complex solution structuring
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen the SCF proposition

🎯 Ideal Profile:

Candidates with strong experience in Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance product management, preferably with exposure to Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Receivables Finance and Working Capital solutions.
