Role Description The PMT (Product Management Team) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Okhla. The role involves managing assigned pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle, including market analysis, strategic positioning, and coordination with sales and marketing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing promotional strategies and materials, monitoring competitor activities, supporting product launches, and tracking performance against targets. The PMT professional will collaborate with medical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure that product information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with market needs. The role also includes preparing reports, presentations, and training content for internal stakeholders to strengthen product knowledge and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Strong product management and marketing abilities, including market analysis, positioning, and lifecycle management.
• Capability to develop promotional strategies, sales support tools, and training materials for pharmaceutical products.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation to track product performance and communicate insights.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, regulatory considerations, and basic medical terminology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in PMT, product management, or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Okhla, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
