Software Engineer

The Role

• Contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of enterprise-grade internal software and platforms.
• Develop and enhance tools that support critical organizational workflows, improving coworker effectiveness and efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable code, addressing bugs and implementing new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Work alongside an internal engineering department to launch a new engineering team focused on internal tooling.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with modern infrastructure and delivery systems, including containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• A collaborative and detail-oriented approach with a passion for developing user-friendly software.
• Experience building full-stack applications (bonus).
