We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while driving technical excellence and mentoring engineering teams.

💼 Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven ownership of end-to-end system development and delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 3–8 software engineers as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager.
• Strong experience in full-stack development, including backend (Node.js, Java, or Python), frontend (React or Angular), relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code review while following spec-driven engineering practices.
• Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and system design.
• Proven experience designing scalable software architectures and driving technical decisions from design through production deployment.
• Experience implementing microservices architecture and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve engineering practices such as code quality, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and make sound engineering decisions.
