🚨 Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
• Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules, workflows, business rules, permissions, and system settings.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Support UAT, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration activities.
• Provide recommendations and best practices to improve HR processes and SuccessFactors usage.🔹 Required Skills
• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Recruiting Management (RCM)
• Onboarding
• Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Compensation
• Learning (LMS)
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation processes.
• Experience working with business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), and data models.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations / SAP Integration Suite / CPI will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.🔹 Preferred
• Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, or third-party HR integrations.
