🏢 Industry: Luxury Watches & Omnichannel Retail

💼 Experience: 7–12 Years

**Key Responsibilities:**

✨ Lead end-to-end E-commerce business across D2C and marketplaces.

✨ Own E-commerce P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.

✨ Manage marketplace channels and D2C business.

✨ Drive pricing strategy, inventory planning, and digital merchandising.

✨ Optimize conversion rates, AOV, and contribution margins.

✨ Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to scale business growth.

**What We’re Looking For:**

✔️ Strong experience in D2C and marketplace management.

✔️ Proven expertise in E-commerce P&L and business growth.

✔️ Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic skills.

✔️ Experience in pricing, inventory, and performance marketing
