Role SummaryWe are looking for an Oracle PL/SQL Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle database development and ERP solutions. The role involves developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting ERP applications while translating business requirements into reliable, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong PL/SQL development skills, a solid understanding of database concepts, and the ability to work closely with technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, queries, and database objects.
• Develop and enhance ERP solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective database logic and technical solutions.
• Design and implement database integrations, validations, data processing routines, and application interfaces.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, defects, and database-related challenges.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL optimization and troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and transaction consistency across ERP applications.
• Support testing activities, including functional, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development and documentation standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and database processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP applications.Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and database objects.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and ERP applications.
• Understanding of database design, data validation, transaction management, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex SQL queries.
• Good understanding of software development and database development practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Experience
• Experience working on ERP implementation, customization, enhancement, or support projects.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP environments or Oracle-based business applications.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, interfaces, or reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with source control, release management, and structured development practices.
• Exposure to Oracle APEX or Oracle Forms is an advantage.
