Lead – Strategy & Special Projects Role

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, Finance driven Business Leader to work directly with senior leadership on business diligence, product & program management and emerging AI opportunities. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional mandate where you will be partnering with technology, business, and leadership teams across the company to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on business and financial diligence for key initiatives, investments and partnerships
• Contribute to product and program management efforts spanning multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and opportunities, helping the organization stay ahead of the curve
• Act as a trusted cross-functional partner working seamlessly with technology, business and leadership teams
• Bring a global, outside-in perspective to decisions made in a fast-evolving telecom and digital landscape

Requirements

Education

• MBA or equivalent from a premier institution like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, FMS Delhi, JBIMS Mumbai, SP Jain Mumbai, XLRI, or ISB Hyderabad preferredExperience
• 8–12 years in corporate strategy / business development, strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equityCore Skills
• Expert level financial modelling integrated 3-statement modelling, DCF valuation, and scenario analysis
• Proven leadership in experience leading teams or driving outcomes through influence, not just individual execution
• Telecom industry understanding familiarity with how telecom/digital businesses operate and compete
• Hands-on AI tools fluency, current experience evaluating and using AI tools and applications
• Global outlook exposure to international markets, teams, or cross-border ways of working
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders
