A day in the life of this role

At Meritto, Delivery Operations is the backbone of our client success journey. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll ensure that every client's SaaS implementation is executed smoothly, accurately, and with complete ownership.

It's a frontline consulting position, where business understanding meets technology execution. You'll work directly with clients to translate their requirements into live SaaS solutions, thus, ensuring successful adoption, timely delivery, and a strong foundation for long-term client success. Given that our clients operate in the education sector — where admission cycles, exam windows, and enrollment deadlines don't always follow a Monday–Friday calendar — this role calls for flexibility to be available around critical go-lives and peak-season milestones.

This role requires a mix of functional understanding, technical comfort, and communication skills to ensure each implementation is handled with precision and accountability.

What You'll Do:

• Implement UI changes for web applications, landing pages, and web forms based on design specifications and business requirements.
• Modify and enhance existing web pages while ensuring consistency with the product's design system.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality UI implementations.
• Ensure responsive layouts and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues, layout inconsistencies, and styling bugs.
• Optimize HTML and CSS for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Support the implementation of new features and enhancements while meeting project timelines.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure UI changes function as expected before deployment.
• Continuously improve user experience by implementing feedback and UI enhancements

What we're looking for

• Experience: 1–3 years of SaaS Implementation or Delivery experience, preferably in CRM, or ERP systems.
• Education: Graduation with MBA (MBA is optional)
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation workflows and client coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into product implementation.
• Highly organized and accountable, capable of independently managing assigned client portfolios and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
