Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack and backend engineering skills to join our team in a permanent, full-time, work-from-office role.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Node.js , Python

• Strong SQL/database knowledge

• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform

• Strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, debugging, and production applications

• Ability to independently own features from development through deployment and maintenance

Preferred Skills

• React.js and MERN stack experience

• DevOps knowledge including Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

• Data Structures and Algorithms

• System design and software architecture

• Experience with scalable systems, microservices, queues, caching, and distributed applications

• Leadership, mentoring, and code review experience

AI Experience

Highly preferred experience with any of the following:

• AI agents and agentic workflows

• LLM integrations and RAG, MCP

• Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation

• AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
