(Senior) Product Manager, Order Management (OMS)

Flexteam360
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

We are hiring for a leading German Ecommerce player's (Westwing.com , present in 25+ countries) Ops Product team.

Salary will range from 35LPA to 55LPA based on role offered and candidate profile.

Role will be based in Noida.

You will work closely with the director of Product (based in Germany) and support him/her in growing the business vertical. You will get front seat view of the business and full ownership of your work/results.

The Order Management team builds and runs the systems at the core of how we turn a customer order into a delivered one, across 28 European markets and multiple fulfillment centers.

As (Senior) Product Manager, you will own our order orchestration and sourcing engine, built on Fluent Commerce: the product that decides how every order is sourced and fulfilled across our warehouses and drop-ship suppliers, matching customer demand to fulfilment capacity at the right cost, speed, and reliability.

You will directly impact operational excellence, delivery cost, and the reliability of the customer promise. We have just completed a major migration of our order and warehouse management systems to SaaS platforms chosen to match our growth ambition, including Fluent Commerce as our new distributed order management (OMS) platform. We are now moving from migration into stabilization and building the next layer of capabilities on top.

What you will do

● Own the OMS and fulfilment product roadmap, built on Fluent Commerce and the in-house tools around it: order orchestration, sourcing and allocation logic, inventory availability (ATP), multi-node fulfilment across our warehouses and drop-ship suppliers, split shipments, order consolidation, and returns.

● Safeguard order and fulfilment health: monitor and resolve data inconsistencies between the OMS (Fluent) and the WMS, and detect and drive to resolution orders and fulfilments that stall and fail to progress through their lifecycle.

● Continuously improve our alerting and observability tooling so order and fulfilment issues are caught before they reach customers.

● Ensure accurate data flows and reconciliation across the OMS (Fluent), WMS, and ERP, for both orders and inventory.

● Partner with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sourcing to translate operational needs into clear functional specifications, and define the KPIs for data-led optimisation of order processing and fulfilment performance.

● Coordinate delivery of new OMS capabilities with our SaaS vendor and integration partner, driving implementation through to rollout and hypercare, including UAT with stakeholders.

● Own the end-to-end lifecycle for our in-house operational tools, working closely with engineering, data, and design.

● Drive discovery into automation and orchestration opportunities, leveraging AI across the order and fulfilment lifecycle, and make build-vs-buy decisions based on speed, scalability, and long term impact.

You come with

● Must: 4+ years in product management within e-commerce, retail, or logistics, with hands-on ownership of order management or fulfilment products.

● Must: concrete experience in the OMS / distributed order management (DOM) problem space, for example several of: order orchestration and workflow / state management, sourcing and allocation rules, multi-node and split-shipment fulfilment, available-to-promise (ATP) and inventory availability, order consolidation, drop-ship / supplier-direct flows, and returns.

● Plus: hands-on experience with a dedicated OMS / DOM platform (Fluent Commerce, IBM Sterling, Manhattan Active Omni, commerce tools) is a strong plus.

● Proven track record implementing, configuring, and integrating SaaS platforms and coordinating external vendors within a complex system landscape.

● Working knowledge of adjacent systems (WMS, ERP, EDI / supplier integration) and how they interface with the OMS.

● Comfort in a role that blends product ownership with hands-on vendor and implementation coordination.

● Extensive experience in project management, cross-functional delivery, business analysis, and continuous process improvement.

● Comfortable with Excel and SQL, combined with practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and prototyping.

● Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for using data to distinguish what technically works from what truly scales.

● Fluency in English with excellent communication and influencing skills across all functional and management levels.

● Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Location

● On site role based in India. Our team and headquarters are in Munich, and you will work closely with them day to day. Strong performers will have the possibility of relocating to Munich over time, with relocation and visa support
