DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a Tech Lead at SOULSARA (full-time).

SOULSARA is a deep tech workforce performance platform. It turns biometric and psychometric signals, through a multi-agent architecture, into insights that CHROs and leadership teams can act on.

The role: Full-time, based in Mumbai or Belagavi, or remote-friendly across India. You'll work directly with both founders and own the architecture, delivery, security, and our LLM approach.

You'll be measured on:

Roadmap milestones shipped on time

Platform reliability and release velocity

Agent performance (latency and output quality)

Security and DPDP readiness

Cloud and LLM cost efficiency

You bring:

8+ years in engineering, including 2+ leading small teams

Strong Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud/Kubernetes

LLM or multi-agent systems shipped in production

Our stack: Next.js, Node.js 22 / Express, MongoDB, Redis, Flutter, Kubernetes on DigitalOcean, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and LLM APIs.
