Lead Flutter Developer – Ecommerce

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to drive the development of high-scale Ecommerce mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, mobile architecture, and customer-facing commerce journeys including product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, order tracking, loyalty, and customer engagement features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Flutter-based Ecommerce mobile applications.
• Architect scalable and high-performance solutions for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Build and enhance features such as product catalogue, search, wishlist, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, loyalty, and order tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, OMS, CRM, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Integrate payment gateways, analytics platforms, marketing tools, and third-party Ecommerce services.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability during peak traffic and sale events.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and production monitoring.Required Skills
• 10-15 years of software development experience with 5+ years in Flutter.
• Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, Android (Kotlin/Java), and iOS (Swift).
• Experience building consumer-facing Ecommerce or Retail mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, Bloc, Riverpod, and Provider.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Firebase, payment gateway integrations, push notifications, analytics, and deep linking.
• Experience with mobile performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.Preferred Skills
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom commerce ecosystems.
• Understanding of OMS, inventory visibility, promotions, loyalty programs, and marketplace integrations.
• Experience with Firebase, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to App Performance Monitoring, Crashlytics, and customer analytics tools.What Success Looks Like
