Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in both Python backend development and React.js frontend engineering to build and scale high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing scalable backend services, developing modern frontend applications, and delivering reliable, production-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working on large-scale distributed systems and real-time applications is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop and support real-time communication systems using WebSockets.
Ensure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability of backend systems.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and distributed architectures.
Drive performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Frontend Development

Design and develop high-quality web applications using React.js.
Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for scalable development.
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and real-time data streams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
Expert-level experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
Solid understanding of WebSockets and real-time application development.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Fusion.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
Familiarity with internal platform standards and large-scale engineering environments.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.
