Location- India (Remote)

Duration- 12 Months Contract

Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP Global Payroll implementations.

Professional Experience:

• At least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Development, product management or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering successful products.
• Proven Experience and Knowledge with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira

Core Competencies

• Supports Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP Global Payroll implementations.
• Oracle HCM functional knowledge is the top priority.
• Product Owner/Scrum experience is valuable but can be learned.
• No hands-on Oracle development required; familiarity with Oracle processes and navigation is important.
• ADP knowledge should focus on payroll process integration rather than system administration.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
• Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design practices.
