Lead Software Engineer

The AI Engineering Tech Lead with 10yrs will lead implementation of AI-assisted software engineering practices within development teams. The role combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on usage of GenAI coding tools and agentic development approaches to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency. Should be capable of translating AI Engineering architecture standards into practical development workflows that engineering teams can consistently adopt.Lead the implementation of AIenabled engineering workflows across application development, enhancement, defect resolution, testing, and maintenance. Apply AI coding assistants and agentic development tools to code analysis, feature development, refactoring, debugging, code review, unit testing, and documentation.Provide technical leadership across React/Angular frontend and Python,Java,.NET,Node.js backend application development.Configure application and repository context for AI agents, including architecture standards, coding guidelines, API specifications, testing standards, and application-specific knowledge.Ensure code meets established standards for functional correctness, maintainability, performance, security, test coverage.Integrate AI engineering workflows with existing Git, CICD, DevOps, code quality, testing, and cloud deployment pipelines. Mentor team and Work closely with AI Engineering Architects and application teams to identify new automation opportunities, reusable engineering patterns, and improvements to the AI engineering scaffolding. 10 yrs of software engineering experience,Strong hands on development experience in React and/or Angular for modern web application development.Strong development experience in at least one backend technology such as Python,spring Boot, or Node.js, with exposure to additional stacks preferred.Hands-on experience with Generative AI coding assistants or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.Experience applying GenAI to engineering activities such as code generation, code understanding, refactoring, unit testing, code review, documentation, and defect resolution.Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, asynchronous, integration, application security, and distributed application architectures.Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, Git workflows, automated builds, testing, code-quality tools, and deployment pipelines.
