AI Engineer/Gen AI Engineer (Remote)

The Role

As an AI Developer at Hasamex, you will be part of our core technology team your focus will be on building AI-powered client-facing applications, internal tools, and agentic workflows that help Hasamex operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

You will work across our client-end application as well as internal AI systems used by our delivery, recruiting, compliance, operations, and leadership teams.

You will:

Build client-facing AI applications: develop features that help clients submit projects, track delivery, review expert profiles, and access insights more efficiently.

Develop internal AI agents: create agentic workflows for project intake, expert matching, outreach, screening, compliance checks, reporting, and knowledge management.

Automate operational workflows: reduce manual work for analysts and improve execution speed across the business.

Work with LLMs and APIs: integrate AI models, databases, prompts, workflows, and third-party tools into practical business applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally: work with technology, operations, client solutions, and leadership to convert business problems into simple and useful technical solutions.

Maintain quality and security: ensure AI tools are reliable, well-documented, privacyconscious, and aligned with Hasamex’s compliance standards.

Experiment and improve: continuously explore new AI tools, frameworks, and automation ideas that can give Hasamex a competitive edge.

This role blends AI development, full-stack thinking, product ownership, and business problem-solving. It is perfect for someone who wants to build real-world AI systems inside a fast-growing company.
