Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Technical Architect / Lead Developer to support the design and development of cloud-based applications and AI-enabled tools.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture capabilities with hands-on development expertise, particularly across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern frontend technologies.

This role requires someone who can collaborate closely with IT teams, understand infrastructure and application requirements, define appropriate technical solutions, and contribute directly to development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and hands-on development of cloud-based applications and tools supporting AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and development teams to gather technical requirements and understand environment dependencies.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies.
• Contribute to UI/UX design and development, ensuring usability, performance, and consistency across applications.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical requirements for cloud-hosted solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and establish the environments, services, and tools required for development and deployment.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshoot complex challenges, and support solution implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and IT standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud architecture, application development, and relevant GCP services.
• Proven experience in technical architecture and solution design, combined with active software development responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in frontend development and UI/UX implementation, with experience building modern web applications.
• Experience working with enterprise IT teams to gather requirements, assess technical dependencies, and define infrastructure and application environments.
• Ability to design and implement cloud-native applications, including integrations between frontend applications and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take technical ownership, and deliver solutions in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for modern frontend application development.
• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered applications, tools, or solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and services available within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience supporting cloud application development in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to balance architectural decision-making with practical, hands-on development and delivery.
