Budget for candidate – 6 to 9 Lacs Per Annum.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Azure Cloud / DevOps Engineer to manage Azure infrastructure, Linux servers, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, security, backups, and production troubleshooting across Development, UAT/Staging, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Azure resources including VMs, App Services, Storage, MySQL, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, DNS, and Load Balancers.
• Administer Linux/Ubuntu servers, including Nginx/Apache, users, permissions, services, disks, logs, and SSL certificates.
• Build and maintain Git/GitHub and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines; automate deployments, releases, and rollbacks.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot server, application, networking, database, DNS, SSL, and deployment issues.
• Implement cloud security controls, RBAC, firewall rules, SSH security, secrets management, and server hardening.
• Manage backups, restore activities, and disaster recovery; coordinate with Development and QA teams.

Required Skills Mandatory:

• Microsoft Azure: VM, App Service, Storage, MySQL, VNet, NSG, RBAC, Azure Monitor, and Backup.
• Linux/Ubuntu administration; Nginx/Apache; Git/GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• CI/CD and deployment automation; networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, firewall, VPN, subnets).
• Basic Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting; production troubleshooting and incident management.

Good to Have:

Terraform/Ansible; Docker/Kubernetes/AKS; Azure Key Vault/Application Gateway; Azure DevOps; AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM); cloud cost optimization and security hardening.

Qualifications & Certifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) are preferred, but certifications are not mandatory; practical Azure experience takes priority.

Candidate Profile

A practical, problem-solving engineer with hands-on Azure and Linux experience, exposure to production environments, good understanding of cloud networking and security, and the ability to collaborate with Development and QA teams. Priority will be given to candidates experienced with Azure VM, Linux, Nginx, MySQL, Azure Networking, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, cloud security, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
