Role Description The Senior Java Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across front-end and back-end components to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, enhancing existing functionality, reviewing code for quality and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as architects, product owners, and QA engineers. The role involves translating business requirements into technical designs, integrating APIs and external services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure, maintainable code. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, where the developer will work primarily on-site with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The position also includes mentoring junior developers, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to best practices and standards within the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with deep expertise in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Front-End Development, including JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, delivering end-to-end solutions and integrating front-end and back-end services.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices such as unit testing and code reviews.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in hybrid, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience as a senior or lead developer and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are highly beneficial.Must Have Skills:
