12+ years’ experience, MBA’s, good problem solver, good with people and communication. Someone who can drive initiatives, work across organisational boundaries and get stuff done

He or She should be from premier institution and premier organisation. Good Program Management experience is very much required.

Chief of Staff (to CEO / C-Suite)

Driving strategic initiatives, navigating organizational dynamics, executive communications.

Requires strong interpersonal skills to influence without direct authority across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects or programs from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, business objectives, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Development, Testing, Infrastructure, Operations, and Support teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Conduct regular project governance meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
