Lead Software Engineer

8+ years of experience in Java development (Java 17 preferred; Java 11 acceptable). Strong experience with PostgreSQL and PLSQL, including query optimization, stored procedures/functions, performance tuning, schema design, and troubleshooting. Experience migrating databases from Oracle or other legacy databases to PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes based applications and troubleshooting. Experience developing and integrating SOAP (WSDL) web services; REST API knowledge is a plus. Experience modernizing legacy applications to containerized/cloud-native platforms. Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of application performance monitoring and observability. Strong communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
