Role Description This full-time Data Analyst role focuses on using Python, SQL, Power BI, and data analytics to transform business data into actionable insights. Working in a hybrid model based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include extracting and cleaning data from multiple sources, building data models, and developing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. The Data Analyst will analyze trends, perform statistical evaluations, and deliver clear visualizations and summaries for internal teams and clients. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, optimizing data pipelines, and contributing to AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analytical models and validate business hypotheses.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, automation, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for building interactive dashboards and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in AI-driven analytics, automation projects, or consulting environments is a plus.
