🎯 Experience: 4 – 8 Years

We are looking for a *Product Marketing & UI Designer* who can own both the *product story and the product experience*. The role combines product marketing, UI design, go-to-market strategy, communication, and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

*Product Marketing & Go-to-Market*

• Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and launch narratives.

• Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

• Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, FAQs, one-pagers, and battle cards.

• Create external communication including website content, blogs, email campaigns, and social messaging.

• Conduct market and competitive research and translate insights into product and marketing strategies.

*UI Design & Prototyping*

• Design web and app interfaces from wireframes to final developer-ready screens.

• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate ideation, research, and content creation.

• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.

• Incorporate user feedback, usability insights, and analytics to continuously improve designs.

*Cross-Functional Communication*

• Adapt communication for leadership, engineering, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Present product, design, and messaging decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or UI Design, preferably in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or technology.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, prototyping, research, and content creation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and depth for different audiences.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/design work and product marketing or launch content.

• Proficiency in *Figma or equivalent design tools*.

• Ability to independently take an idea from concept and messaging to a polished product interface or launch campaign.
