You’ll work on real business problems and see your software through from the first conversation to deployment and use. This is hands-on full-stack engineering with direct exposure to the people relying on your work. Prior AI/ML specialisation isn’t required.

We’re looking for exceptional fresh graduates who have already shown their skill and passion through what they’ve built during college or internships. If you’ve gone beyond coursework to launch an app, build a passion project or make a meaningful contribution to a real product, we want to see it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN 💪🏻

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work closely with teams to understand their problems, build and deploy the right software, and help put it into use.

Understand client workflows and where software could make a difference
Build across the frontend, backend and database
Create clear interfaces, test edge cases and debug issues
Follow through on deployment, user feedback and improvements
Use AI tools and add AI features where useful, understanding and verifying the results

Strong programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving
Initiative in building beyond assigned coursework
Meaningful ownership of working software
The ability to explain your decisions and debug what you’ve built
Curiosity, attention to detail and the drive to learn unfamiliar tools

COMPENSATION:

3 to 6 LPA during first year of probation period.
1.5 to 2x if placed permanently as FDE with us after that + other benefits.
