EPM Consultant (Financial Planning & Performance Management)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated EPM Consultant to support and enhance Enterprise Performance Management solutions across global business operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in EPM applications, financial planning and budgeting processes, reporting, and business analysis. The consultant will work closely with business users and functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of EPM applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Configure and support EPM solutions to meet business needs.
• Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data validation processes.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial and operational planning processes.
• Document business requirements, system configurations, and support procedures.

Work Schedule

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting global teams.
• Hybrid work model with office attendance as per organizational policy

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement.
• Understanding of financial planning and performance management concepts.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Python scripting or automation.
• Experience with data integrations and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting technologies.
• Experience working in global support environments.
• Familiarity with ERP and enterprise application ecosystems.
