Senior Java Software Engineer

Java Developer (5-8 years)

Location: Koregoan Park, Pune

Mandatory 5 days onsite

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java development experience with e-commerce or retail product companies
• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, collections, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and object-oriented programming.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Spring Boot and developing enterprise-grade REST APIs.

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills including:

JVM internals

Garbage Collection

Thread dumps

Heap dumps

Memory leak analysis

Performance profiling

Strong database knowledge including:

MongoDB

Modern NoSQL databases

Relational databases

Exposure to columnar databases is highly preferred.

Experience working on high-volume, data-intensive applications handling millions of records where low latency and performance optimization are critical.

Good knowledge of distributed caching solutions such as Redis.

Excellent communication skills. This is a customer-facing role, therefore communication skills are mandatory.
