Full Stack Engineer
Asymbl, Inc. | Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Asymbl is the workforce orchestration company bringing together workforce applications to hire human workers, digital labor strategy to onboard digital workers, and platform expertise to bring it all together. We help businesses attract, design, manage, and scale hybrid workforces that drive more meaningful business impact, faster. Workforce orchestration aligns strategy, process, and technology so the right work is done by the right worker with clarity and accountability.
We believe the future of work isn't human or digital. It's human and digital, orchestrated as one.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build features end to end on the Asymbl Intelligence platform, from the user interface to APIs, data and AI-powered services. You will work on our current priorities, Talent Intelligence, Slack integration and Rosa, our Agentforce-based digital worker, within an architecture set by our Enterprise Architect and with guidance from the Full Stack Engineering Lead.
You take a feature from design to production, and you make sure it is tested, observable and ready to scale.
Why Join Us
At Asymbl, the features you build go straight into the hands of businesses running hybrid teams of people and digital workers. You will work with AI-native products, large data sets and real integrations, not a sandbox, and you will see the impact of your code quickly.
You will work in a small, senior-led team with clear architecture and a direct line to product decisions. There is room to grow your depth in AI systems, data and cloud, and to take on more ownership as you do.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining full stack features on the Asymbl Intelligence platform, writing clean, tested code and shipping it reliably to production.

- Build and maintain integrations such as Slack, using event-driven and webhook-based patterns
Data and services
- Design and work with data across relational, graph and vector stores as the architecture requires
- Write well-structured, secure APIs with proper authentication and authorization
- Contribute to performance and scalability for large candidate and resume datasets
Quality and delivery
- Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests; take part in code reviews
- Ship through CI/CD pipelines and help monitor features in production
- Investigate and fix bugs and production issues
- Document what you build so the next engineer can pick it up
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, QA and other engineers, including teams in the US
- Raise risks and technical trade-offs early and propose solutions
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Equivalent hands-on experience building production software is valued as much as the degree
- 3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years building full-stack web applications in production
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with a modern front-end framework such as React
- Back-end experience with Node.js, Python or a similar language, and REST or GraphQL API design
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL; exposure to NoSQL, graph or vector stores is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform or AWS
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and automated testing, and comfort using AI coding assistants in your daily work with good judgement on their output
- Clear communication and comfort working with stakeholders across time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience building features on top of LLMs (prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, agents)
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce)
- Experience with Slack apps or other third-party integrations
- Prior work on recruiting, HR or workforce technology products
