Product Owner (2yrs to 4yrs) - Immediate Joiner (6 to 8 LPA)
Role OverviewAs a Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and work closely with the founders and Development Manager. You will identify product gaps, prioritize features, validate customer feedback, and drive execution across engineering, design, and business teams.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup where you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered travel.
Key Responsibilities· Roadmap & Strategy: Own and manage the product roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and long-term vision in collaboration with the founders.
- Feature Prioritization: Evaluate the current MVP, identify opportunities to enhance user experience, booking flows, and AI capabilities, and prioritize features based on ROI, effort, and GTM objectives.
- Execution & Sprint Planning: Partner with the Development Manager to plan sprints, releases, and milestones. Draft clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations, and customer success to drive successful product launches and rollouts.
- Data & Analytics: Track core KPIs—including user engagement, trip planning completion, booking conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction—to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Insights & Research: Gather direct feedback from travelers, partners, and early adopters while analyzing industry trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies.
Required Qualifications· Experience: 2–3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, travel technology, AI, or consumer apps.
- Methodologies: Strong practical understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Skill Set: Proven ability to translate user feedback into clear product requirements; excellent communication, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications· Hands-on exposure to travel tech, booking engines, travel marketplaces, or consumer mobile applications.
- Familiarity with AI/ML products, conversational interfaces, recommendation engines, or workflow automation.
- Understanding of APIs and third-party travel integrations (GDS, hotel, airline, or local service provider APIs).
- Proven track record of scaling a product from MVP to commercial launch.
- Proficiency with toolstacks such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
