Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale our technology platform. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software, contribute to architectural decisions, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Own features end-to-end—from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with a team of engineers, driving engineering best practices.
• Create robust High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for new features and systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to build customer-centric solutions.
• Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture decisions.Required Qualifications
• 1-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Startup experience is a strong plus.
• Prior experience leading a development team or working as a Team Lead.
• Strong understanding of system design, including HLD and LLD.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or integrating Generative AI into applications is a strong advantage.Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience leading a development team or serving in a Team Lead role.
• Strong system design skills, including both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
