Experience :- 13-20 Years

Hybrid Model

  • Should be a developer grown as a Manager / Scrum Master Agile / Scrum
  • Agile practice currently being followed
  • Building product roadmap, backlogs and estimation
  • Agile estimation techniques
  • Agile / scrum metrics.
  • Release planning
  • Project management
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Knowledge of T&M & FP contracts
  • What is being covered in WSR
  • How to check health of the project
  • Project planning, schedule & cost / budget metrics, critical path
  • Some experience on backend technologies such as .NET/C#/Node/Java/Python
  • Knowledge on frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, react.
