Role Overview Position: Senior Technical Manager - AI & Program Management Experience: 10+ years in tech, including 4+ years in management Core Focus: AI strategy, program delivery, and cloud/DevOps infrastructure Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives. Lead and mentor software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.Align technical roadmaps with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Oversee agile planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting. Drive best practices in AI model development, deployment, and MLOps pipelines. [1] Technical Stack Requirements AI & Machine Learning: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain. Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3), Microsoft Azure (Azure AI, AKS), or GCP (Vertex AI). DevOps & MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), MLflow, Kubeflow. Data Engineering: SQL, Apache Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks.
