Role - Lead Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Dashboarding & Business Analytics (80%)

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Develop data models and implement DAX measures to support reporting and analytics.ETL & Data Workflows (20%)
  • Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows using SQL and Python.
  • Extract, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.Data Modeling & Technical Expertise
  • Apply advanced SQL techniques for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Work with cloud data platforms and modern data environments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data workflows, and analytical solutions.Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor data analysts, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define analytical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate insights effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
