Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Data Analyst to analyze business performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, evaluate key metrics, and support strategic business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance.
• Use SQL to extract, filter, and analyze datasets.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Create visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Track KPIs, identify trends, and highlight performance gaps.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and improve processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Mandatory skills: SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Understanding of business metrics, KPI analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
