Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Noida. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing web interfaces that support IFI’s digital presence, including show-related platforms, landing pages, and interactive experiences. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into responsive web pages, optimizing performance across devices and browsers, and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for viewers and participants. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and content teams, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving front-end code quality and usability. The developer will also contribute to planning and implementing new features aligned with show launches, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Candidates should possess expertise in Responsive Web Design and modern UI/UX principles, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Development foundations, including version control (e.g., Git), cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO-friendly front-end practices.
• Candidates should possess experience in Software Development workflows, such as agile methodologies, testing, debugging, and code review processes.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and RESTful APIs to effectively integrate front-end interfaces with server-side systems.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar), CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS), and performance optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, media and entertainment-focused environment.
