Delivery Lead

Role Description The Delivery Lead is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology projects. This role includes planning and tracking project milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The Delivery Lead will manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication between government clients, internal product and engineering teams, and other partners, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. Day-to-day activities also involve refining delivery processes, supporting implementation and rollout, monitoring performance against KPIs, and driving continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in project or program management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of technology or healthcare projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with government clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Background in healthcare, public health, or health technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and resolve delivery issues under time and resource constraints.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, reporting on project status, and tracking KPIs and outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, healthcare management, public health, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in or with government or large institutional clients is an advantage.
