📌 Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional in Health Product & Underwriting to support product rebranding, product change implementation, documentation, governance, and cross-functional coordination across Health and Employee Benefits products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate end-to-end product rebranding activities across Health and Employee Benefits products.

✅ Maintain product inventories, conduct impact assessments, and coordinate product change implementation.

✅ Manage updates to product specifications, policy contracts, product summaries, and governance documents.

✅ Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Distribution, Marketing, and PMO teams.

✅ Ensure product changes are implemented accurately across systems, digital platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes.

✅ Maintain project trackers, risk and issue logs, action registers, and governance reports.

✅ Perform quality checks to ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Health Insurance, Product Management, Underwriting, or Product Governance.
• Experience in product rebranding, product change management, or product implementation.
• Knowledge of health insurance products, policy documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in programme governance, impact assessment, and implementation tracking.
