Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and Field Service Management (FSM/FSO). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, workflows, notifications, and ACLs.
• Implement and support ServiceNow FSM/FSO processes, including Work Orders and Work Order Tasks.
• Configure field service scheduling, dispatching, assignment, service resources, and mobile field technician workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Work with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Develop custom/scoped applications and configure Service Portal/UI Builder.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow FSM/FSO.
• JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Workflows.
