Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with 2–4 years of experience to join our Product team and own key aspects of the post-order / post-purchase customer and operational experience.

You will work on problems that sit at the intersection of customers, retailers, operations, technology and business. The role involves understanding what happens after an order is placed, identifying friction across the journey, using data to diagnose problems, and working with engineering and operations teams to build better products and processes.

The ideal candidate is strong with data and SQL, has solid product fundamentals, thinks deeply about customer and operational problems, and is comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on post-order/post-purchase products or workflows in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, delivery, or consumer internet businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

  • Own product problems and initiatives across the post-order / post-purchase journey, from problem identification through execution and measurement.
  • Understand customer, retailer and operational pain points and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Growth and other stakeholders to define and deliver product solutions.
  • Prioritise problems and features based on customer impact, business value, data and engineering feasibility.
  • Drive initiatives from problem definition through launch, iteration and measurement.

Data & Ananlytics

  • Use SQL and product data to investigate problems, identify trends and uncover opportunities.
  • Analyse customer journeys, cancellations, refunds, returns, fulfilment and other relevant post-order metrics.
  • Monitor product metrics and identify key drivers of customer and business outcomes.
  • Use data to evaluate product performance and make informed product decisions.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to improve instrumentation and data quality where required.

Customer & Operational Experience

  • Deeply understand the customer journey after an order is placed and identify areas of friction.
  • Understand operational workflows and how technology can improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Work with Operations and business teams to identify recurring problems and convert them into scalable product solutions.
  • Balance customer experience, retailer needs, operational efficiency and business outcomes while making product decisions.

Product Execution

  • Create clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering teams during development to ensure the intended product outcome is delivered.
  • Track product initiatives, identify execution risks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyse post-launch performance and continuously iterate based on data and user feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of overall work experience in Product Management.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working on Post-Order / Post-Purchase products, journeys or operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of product management fundamentals, including problem discovery, prioritisation, product execution and measuring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability with hands-on SQL experience.
  • Ability to work directly with raw data and use analysis to identify patterns, problems and opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business or customer problems into clear product requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Operations, Data and other cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
