Summary:

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and effective. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the workflow to maintain high-quality web solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure alignment of web development projects with organizational goals and standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
Strong knowledge of web application frameworks and development tools.
Experience with front-end and back-end integration techniques.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable web architectures.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization of web applications.
Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
