About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM/PM) to support the product lifecycle from user research and ideation to execution and UAT. You’ll work closely with Technology and Design teams, contribute to product and competitor research, analyse product data, and help drive product improvements. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with AI/no-code tools, and building products in a lean startup environment.

What You Will Do

• Managing the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• We are lean, so this role will oversee a LOT of things, large and small!
• Work closely with the technology and design teams to enable efficient and good releases, and service the other functions of the organization with their product/dev needs.
• Do competition and market analysis through regular research and customer feedback/interviews, and direct the product roadmap accordingly.
• Use data to understand the product performance and to influence further product planning.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a startup or lean team environment is preferred.
• Hands on knowledge of AI and no code tools.
• Familiarity with agile collaboration, wireframing, and product analytics tools.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, or conducting UAT is a plus.
• Good understanding of technology and ability to work effectively with tech teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest or exposure to mental health, wellness, or consumer technology is a plus.
