Consulting Analyst

Job Summary

Consulting Analyst role in a multinational organization focusing on data driven advisory services using advanced data models and analytics for client projects. The position requires six to eight years of experience operates in a hybrid work model with day shift and involves no travel. The analyst will partner with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through insightful recommendations and structured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex client business challenges using structured consulting techniques and data models to develop actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions
• Design scalable analytical approaches that use data models to translate business requirements into clear recommendations enhancing efficiency revenue growth and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment to gather requirements validate assumptions and align analytical outputs with agreed success criteria and timelines
• Develop detailed current state and future state process assessments supported by quantitative analysis to highlight gaps improvement opportunities and measurable benefits for client initiatives
• Create clear concise and well organized consulting deliverables including presentations reports and data summaries that enable stakeholders to understand findings and act with confidence
• Perform rigorous data validation profiling and quality checks on diverse data sources to ensure that analytical results and data models are accurate reliable and suitable for decision making
• Support implementation of recommended solutions by providing data backed rationales defining key performance indicators and outlining monitoring approaches for ongoing performance tracking
• Provide guidance on the use of analytical tools and data models to internal teams helping refine methodologies standards and best practices that strengthen the consulting capability of the organization
• Evaluate project risks and dependencies using structured analysis and propose mitigation approaches that safeguard timelines budget adherence and expected business outcomes
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets by documenting repeatable consulting approaches case examples and data modeling patterns that can be reused across engagements for consistent quality
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders during day shift hours to present updates manage expectations and ensure that project progress aligns with defined scope and objectives
• Participate in hybrid working ceremonies including virtual and onsite sessions to maintain cohesion with project teams while balancing focused individual analysis work
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing completed engagements identifying lessons learned and refining consulting approaches and data modeling techniques for future projects

Qualifications

• Demonstrate six to eight years of consulting or analytics experience applying data models and structured problem solving to deliver clear measurable business outcomes
• Exhibit strong proficiency in data analysis and model design using enterprise data tools allowing translation of complex datasets into meaningful patterns and business insights
• Show capability in creating detailed documentation and client ready presentations that convey technical analytical results in accessible business oriented language
• Display understanding of domain specific data structures and business processes enabling effective alignment of data models with industry practices and organizational goals
• Possess experience working in hybrid environments balancing remote analytical tasks with onsite collaboration while maintaining productivity communication and accountability
