Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI & AI Agents)

Location: [Trivandrum/ Onsite / Kerala]

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• GenAI & Agentic Systems: Architect and deploy dynamic AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, and interactive chatbots using commercial APIs and local LLMs.
• Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL models across NLP, computer vision, and time-series domains.
• Cloud & MLOps: Deploy scalable pipelines on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda) with robust CI/CD, Docker containerization, and automated retraining.
• Multimodal Processing: Build intelligent processing pipelines for speech, document/PDF, and image data.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to map business use cases into scalable, secure, and documented technical solutions.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Core Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Docker, GitHub, AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda).
• AI/ML Expertise: Strong foundation in NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series Forecasting, and System Design (scalability & performance optimization).
• GenAI & Agents: Practical experience building AI Agents, modern RAG systems, and applying prompt engineering techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought).
• Multimodal Engineering: Hands-on experience developing speech processors, PDF processors, and computer vision pipelines.
• Experience: 4+ years in software development focusing on ML/AI product execution.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Healthcare / MedTech projects.
• Hands-on work with multi-agent AI systems and advanced GenAI toolkits.
• Exposure to Responsible AI practices (guardrails, output moderation, and ethical AI design).
• Experience with large-scale LLM pre-training and fine-tuning.
