Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced React Native / iOS Developer with strong expertise in React Native and Swift to design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in publishing iOS applications on the Apple App Store, along with a good understanding of AI concepts such as Small Language Models (SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable mobile applications, integrating AI capabilities, optimizing application performance, and delivering seamless user experiences across iOS devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Develop and integrate native iOS functionalities using Swift.
  • Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
  • Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services into mobile applications.
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered features within mobile applications.
  • Explore and integrate Small Language Models (SLMs) and on-device AI capabilities.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enable context-aware AI-powered functionalities.
  • Work with Prompt Engineering techniques to improve AI response quality and accuracy.
  • Handle iOS application deployment, signing, provisioning, and publishing through App Store Connect.
  • Ensure successful release and maintenance of applications on the Apple App Store.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across different iOS devices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure application quality and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in React Native.
  • Proficiency in Swift and native iOS application development.
  • Mandatory experience in publishing and releasing iOS applications on the Apple App Store.
  • Good understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON, and third-party libraries.
  • Understanding of mobile application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of AI concepts, particularly RAG and Prompt Engineering.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience with Small Language Models (SLMs).
  • Hands-on experience with on-device AI/ML model integration.
  • Knowledge of Core ML, Apple Intelligence frameworks, or other mobile AI frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into mobile applications.
  • Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Experience with AI-powered mobile application development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

  • Strong proficiency in React Native.
  • Hands-on experience with Swift.
  • Must have successfully published at least one iOS application on the Apple App Store.
  • Understanding of RAG and Prompt Engineering.

Additional Advantage: Experience with SLMs and on-device AI model integration.
