The Qualifications We Seek

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process improvement, preferably within BPO, shared services, or consulting environments
• Hands-on experience in operational process mapping and measurement, including transaction volumes, cycle times, and cost drivers
• Experience in identifying AI and automation opportunities and supporting their implementation

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong proficiency in process mapping and documentation using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or equivalent methodologies and tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
• Strong analytical skills in data collection, baseline development, and benefit quantification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Working knowledge of AI and automation capabilities and their applications in operational processes
• Proficiency in time-and-motion studies and data triangulation techniques to establish reliable, evidence-based baselines
• Ability to assess, score, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and organizational readiness

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or an equivalent process improvement qualification
• Experience with process mining tools, such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, such as n8n or Microsoft Power Automate

Your Daily Tasks

Discovery Planning & Execution

• Design discovery plans for each engagement, including project scope, methodologies, data requirements, stakeholder maps, and sprint schedules, in coordination with the Vice President, Digital Solutions.
• Lead structured discovery sprints with client teams through facilitated workshops, stakeholder interviews, side-by-side observations, and time-and-motion studies.
• Conduct data-driven process discovery alongside qualitative assessments by extracting and analyzing system data, applying process mining where event data is available, and cross-validating evidence to ensure reliable findings.
• Map current-state business processes according to consistent standards and document transaction volumes, cycle times, handoffs, exceptions, controls, and cost drivers.

Opportunity Assessment

• Apply the team's assessment methodology to evaluate and score improvement opportunities based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and change impact.
• Establish quantified operational baselines and develop benefit hypotheses for each opportunity to support subsequent verification by the Value & Excellence Office.
• Develop opportunity heatmaps across business processes and functions to demonstrate the scale and location of potential AI-driven improvements to executive stakeholders.
• Validate the technical feasibility of shortlisted opportunities with the AI Engineering team before their inclusion in transformation roadmaps.

Read-Out & Roadmap Support

• Prepare comprehensive discovery reports, opportunity portfolios, prioritized transformation roadmaps, and supporting evidence for all presented metrics.
• Present detailed findings to client project teams and support the Vice President, Digital Solutions, and Transformation Advisor during executive presentations.
• Translate approved transformation roadmaps into implementation-ready documentation, including process specifications, operational baselines, and measurable success criteria for delivery teams.

Growth & Pre-Sales Support

• Support business development initiatives through scoped discovery previews, project effort estimates, and process analysis content for client proposals.
• Develop and maintain reusable discovery toolkits, process patterns, and industry reference models to accelerate future engagements and strengthen proposal quality.

Internal Efficiency Support

• Apply established process discovery and analysis methodologies to Emapta's internal operations as directed.
• Follow the Value & Excellence Office's discovery standards to ensure accurate, measurable, and independently verifiable internal operational baselines.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties as assigned by authorized company representatives through direct written instructions or verbal assignments.

• Establish accurate operational baselines and credible opportunity assessments to strengthen the quality and reliability of Emapta Labs' transformation proposals.
• Provide defensible, evidence-based analyses to enable subsequent verification of realized business benefits.

Decision-Making Authority

• Own process mapping methodologies and maintain analysis quality throughout assigned engagements.
• Escalate decisions related to project scope, commercial considerations, and opportunity prioritization to the Vice President, Digital Solutions.
