Program Manager

• 10–15 years of experience in software delivery; strong background in BFSI / Payments preferred.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience; CSM/PSM certification desirable.
• Experience managing multi-stream product upgrade programs.
• Strong knowledge of FSS product ecosystem (CMS/PCMS, POS, TMS, ACS 3DS, Reconciliation).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, integration flows, and deployments.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Indian & MEA banking customers.
• Cloud migration or modernisation experience (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, EMVCo 3DS certification, and RBI compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile scaling models (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe-lite within FSS).
