Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Software Engineer / Lead Developer to design and deliver highly available, mission-critical systems for our Wealth Management team. This hands-on leadership role involves architecting and developing cloud-native and on-prem services, guiding teams through the full product lifecycle, and ensuring quality and scalability across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable, high-performance cloud native applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with architecture, product, and business partners to modernize trading platforms and align with strategic goals.
  • Drive Agile best practices, SDLC compliance, and DevOps integration for seamless delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership through design, coding, and implementation of cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

  • Overall 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with deep knowledge of software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
  • 4+ years as a hands-on technical lead guiding full-stack application development and delivery.
  • 4+ years of experience with .NET Core, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres/MongoDB, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, and Typescript.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD practices, BPMN systems, and mission-critical application support.

  • Expertise in designing scalable APIs and cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in Agile environments.

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Financial Services or highly regulated industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
