Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) for a strategic enterprise technology engagement with a leading global BFSI client.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for designing, developing, configuring, implementing and supporting ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) suite.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow TPRM, IRM/GRC, Vendor Risk Assessments, Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Flow Designer, JavaScript and enterprise integrations.

You will work on developing and enhancing enterprise risk management capabilities, supporting vendor onboarding, due diligence, third-party risk assessments, remediation tracking, regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring.

Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance will be particularly relevant.

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer – TPRM, you will work closely with enterprise Risk, Procurement, Security, Compliance and Technology teams to design, develop and implement effective Third Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible for configuring and enhancing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, with particular emphasis on vendor risk assessments, third-party onboarding, due diligence, risk evaluation, issue remediation and continuous monitoring.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, application configuration, API integrations and platform governance.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will also contribute to application enhancements, integration development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting and ongoing production support.

The position combines ServiceNow Development, Third Party Risk Management, Risk & Compliance Automation, Enterprise Integration and Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow TPRM & IRM Implementation

Design, develop and implement ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) capabilities.
Develop and enhance Third Party Risk Management workflows and associated platform functionality.
Configure Policy & Compliance Management processes.
Support Risk Management capabilities, including risk identification, assessment and associated controls.
Configure Vendor Risk Assessments and assessment workflows.
Implement Issue Management processes for tracking identified risks and remediation activities.
Support Audit Management functionality where applicable.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and enterprise governance requirements.

Third Party Risk Management & Vendor Assessments

Configure vendor onboarding and third-party due diligence processes.
Design and maintain vendor risk assessment questionnaires.
Configure assessment methodologies, scoring models and risk calculations.
Automate vendor risk assessment workflows, approvals and notifications.
Support third-party risk evaluation and remediation tracking.
Implement workflows for continuous monitoring of third-party risks.
Collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Security and Compliance stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
Improve the transparency, consistency and efficiency of vendor risk management processes.

ServiceNow Application Development & Configuration

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
Design and implement Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts.
Configure UI Policies and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Build automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Configure Service Catalog components, Catalog Items and Notifications.
Develop reusable components using JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
Implement custom business logic and application enhancements.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow configuration and scripting issues.
Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, customizations and integrations.
Ensure solution quality, maintainability and adherence to platform governance.

ServiceNow Integration & API Development

Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow TPRM and external enterprise applications.
Implement REST and SOAP web service integrations.
Develop integration workflows using ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
Configure and support MID Server-based integrations.
Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth.
Work with Import Sets and Transform Maps for data integration.
Support integration with vendor management, procurement, risk management and security platforms.
Troubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.
Collaborate with enterprise application owners and integration teams.

Risk Management, Compliance & Governance

Support implementation of enterprise risk assessment and compliance processes.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions.
Configure risk assessment, mitigation and remediation workflows.
Support policy compliance and issue management activities.
Apply understanding of Information Security and Operational Risk concepts.
Support alignment with industry and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR.
Contribute to platform governance, auditability and compliance requirements.
Support risk and compliance reporting.

Reporting, Dashboards & Performance Analytics

Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards supporting third-party risk management.
Configure reports for vendor assessments, risk exposure, issue remediation and compliance activities.
Support ServiceNow Performance Analytics functionality.
Provide visibility into outstanding vendor risks and assessment progress.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Testing, Deployment & Production Support

Perform impact analysis for new requirements and platform changes.
Conduct unit testing and support system testing.
Participate in production deployment and release activities.
Investigate and resolve application defects and platform issues.
Provide ongoing technical support for ServiceNow TPRM and IRM/GRC applications.
Ensure appropriate testing and documentation before production releases.
Follow established ServiceNow development and release-management practices.
Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Technical Consulting

Work closely with Risk, Procurement, Security, Compliance and IT stakeholders.
Participate in business requirement discussions and technical workshops.
Analyse functional requirements and recommend ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with architects and technical teams on solution design.
Communicate technical approaches, development progress and implementation challenges.
Work effectively with global delivery teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development and delivery processes.
Take ownership of assigned technical deliverables.
