• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Reporting.
• Experience in analyzing marketing data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile project management practices.
• Competence in integrating analytics solutions within custom software environments.
